Rosie catered for a party of 65 guests for a New Year Eve party for us at our home.

To walk into someone’s else’s house, put on a display of sensational, delicious cuisine and charming hospitality is a real gift.
We were inundated with guests praising the quality and flavours of a range of canapés and a sumptuous lamb tagine with all its tasty trimmings.
The delight of waking up on New Year’s Day to a kitchen that looked like it hadn’t even been partied in was I’m measurable!
